Do you take a credit card upfront?+

Yes — we charge month one on day one of provisioning. If it isn't working for you within seven days, we refund the full month. After that, monthly, cancel any time.

How do I see what the agent did today?+

You get a daily digest in your inbox by 9 AM your local time: jobs run, exceptions flagged, hours used vs. cap. You can also screen-share into the live box any time.

What happens if the agent breaks something?+

Guardrails catch most of it — destructive actions require approval. If something still goes wrong, your operator restores from the last clean state and we cover damages under our $1M E&O policy.

Why not just stitch this together with Zapier?+

Zapier is great for known triggers. The agent handles the messy 80%: judgment calls, exceptions, "this email looks weird," "this invoice doesn't match." It uses the same UIs your team does.

Where is my data stored?+

US funnel: AWS us-east-1 by default. EU funnel: Hetzner Falkenstein, OVH Roubaix, or AWS Frankfurt. Credentials live in the box only. We never copy them to our servers.

Can operators see my screen?+

Only when you explicitly screen-share or when an agent hits a guardrail and pings them. Otherwise they watch the audit log, not the live screen. You can opt to require approval for every operator session.

What about Claude downtime?+

If the model API is down, your box queues jobs and resumes when it's back. Most jobs are time-tolerant. For anything urgent, operators step in directly.

How do I cancel?+

One click in the dashboard, or one email. We provision-deprovision within 24 hours, export your audit log, and wipe the box. No retention games.
