Questions every careful operator asks.

Whose credit card pays for the cloud computer and Claude account?

Yours. At sign-up you provide a card via Stripe with a hard monthly spending cap (defaults to 1.25× your plan price). We charge the subscription on day one of each month and any approved overage at month end. The agent is provisioned on that card — you stay in control.

Can I see what my AI employee did each day?

Yes. The customer portal shows a live activity feed, an approval queue for first-time actions, and a complete searchable audit log. Every browser tab, every file write, every email sent is timestamped and reviewable.

What if the agent breaks something?

Hard guardrails block the actions that cause real damage (sending money, deleting data, changing permissions). For the rest, nightly VM snapshots mean we can roll back a misconfigured day in minutes. Pro and Scale plans include $1M E&O coverage.

How is this different from a Zapier automation?

Zapier handles "if A then B" with structured data. AgenticOps handles "log into our CRM, find the deals that have been silent for two weeks, draft a personalised follow-up, post them in Slack for me to review." Open-ended work, on web UIs, with judgment.

Where does my data live?

On a dedicated VM that only your agent and our infrastructure access. US customers default to AWS US-East / DigitalOcean NYC; EU customers to AWS Frankfurt, OVH Roubaix, or Hetzner Falkenstein. We never co-mingle tenants and we never store your passwords.

Do your operators see my screen?

Only when you ask them to — either by raising a help ticket or when a P1 incident is declared. Both events are logged and surfaced to you in real time. Default monitoring shows operator health metrics, not screen content.

What happens if Claude is slow or down?

Each plan has spillover capacity via the Claude API on top of the $200 Max account. If Anthropic has a regional outage we re-route. If both are down, your agent pauses gracefully and your operator-pool human picks up the highest-priority jobs.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Monthly contract, cancel from the customer portal, no questions. Month one has a 7-day money-back. Your data is exported in a clean archive within 24 hours of cancellation.
